Senior Oracle Apex Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle APEX Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle APEX development, PL/SQL scripting, and web technologies, with a focus on building robust, scalable, and user-friendly applications. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet business needs and drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy Oracle APEX applications that align with business requirements.
• Create and maintain PL/SQL scripts, procedures, triggers, and views to support application functionality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Optimize database queries and applications for performance and efficiency.
• Design intuitive user interfaces, ensuring best practices for usability and accessibility are followed.
• Develop integrations between Oracle APEX applications and other enterprise systems through APIs and web services.
• Prepare technical specifications, development processes, and maintenance procedures.
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure application quality, security, and reliability.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues for existing applications.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle APEX development.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL, with a solid understanding of Oracle database architecture.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web service integrations.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
