Scrum Master (Mexico)

Mexico (Remote) 

We are looking for a Scrum Master to aid teams in building varying technology solutions while promoting agile adoption across the organization. If you have a passion for executing Agile principles in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the Agile process and ensure all Scrum cadences occur productively, including:
  • Daily scrum meetings
  • Sprint planning
  • Backlog refinement
  • Sprint retrospectives
• Oversee the Scrum process, coaching the team while ensuring transparency, inspection, and adaptation.
• Help the team focus on creating high-value increments that meet the Definition of Done.
• Support and aid the product team in backlog management, release planning, and sprint execution.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration within and outside the team.
• Contribute to defining best practices and governance where necessary.
• Guide the team in reaching a shared understanding of sprint goals and commitments.
• Coach the team through regular reviews of their processes to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure effective stakeholder collaboration as needed.
• Work closely with technical teams and understand engineering best practices, including test-driven development and technical solution integrations.
• Utilize Agile collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence preferred).

Requirements

• Experience working with technical delivery teams and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills with a problem-solving mindset and a focus on process improvement.
• Professional Certifications (preferred):
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  • Certified Scrum Professional ScrumMaster (CSP-SM)
  • SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
  • Release Train Engineer (RTE) or equivalent.
