Position Overview:
As a Senior Marketing Data Analyst, you will collaborate across departments, working through the entire data analysis lifecycle. Your role will focus on transforming complex data into meaningful insights that guide marketing strategies and drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support data-driven initiatives, from exploration to experimentation, and delivering insightful reports.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights aligned with business goals.
- Develop and manage recurring analytical processes and reporting systems.
- Create and present visualizations that effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Convey complex findings in a clear, concise manner to ensure understanding and impact across teams.

Key Competencies:
Marketing Analytics:
- Understanding of various marketing channels and how they impact business results.
- Up-to-date knowledge of marketing analytics trends and best practices.
- Experience with experimental design, including A/B testing and attribution models.
- Skilled in analyzing marketing performance and calculating return on investment (ROI).
- Statistical Modeling and Analysis:
- Proficient in predictive modeling, clustering, marketing mix modeling, and attribution models.
- Experience with statistical tools such as SQL, R, Python, and Power BI.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with data visualization and tools like Salesforce.
- Knowledge of marketing research techniques and tools.
- Familiarity with: Social Media Marketing, Out-of-Home (OOH) Marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Over-The-Top (OTT) Advertising, and Broadcast TV Marketing.
- Experience in developing machine learning algorithms to derive predictive insights.
- Ability to convert business needs into AI/ML models, offering solutions that support strategic goals.
- Strong understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning, feature engineering, and model optimization.
