Product Designer

We are looking for a Product Designer with a strong background in digital marketing, UX/UI, and performance-driven design. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to create high-converting ad units, landing pages, and other digital assets. Your expertise in responsive design, A/B testing, and data-driven iteration will be critical in optimizing engagement and conversion rates.

This is a month-to-month contract role, ideal for candidates seeking flexibility and the opportunity to work on high-impact projects.

Responsibilities

• Design custom ad units, display ads, advertorials, top banners, landing pages, and email newsletters with a focus on performance and user engagement.
• Ensure all assets are responsive and optimized for different devices, screen sizes, and placements.
• Create detailed wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for internal teams and developers.
• Solve UX challenges related to usability, findability, and responsiveness while ensuring seamless experiences.
• Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to implement high-performing ad solutions.
• Analyze A/B test results and internal data to iterate on designs and improve CTR and conversions.
• Apply Design System principles to maintain consistency across marketing and product assets.
• Work with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or Digital Marketing Design.
• Experience in digital banking, finance, or customer acquisition is a huge plus.
• Proven ability to optimize designs based on A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong knowledge of Design Systems and Figma.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and prototyping tools.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS (JavaScript is a plus).
• Deep understanding of mobile and responsive design best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Portfolio showcasing successful product and marketing design projects.
