About the job Customer Advisor (Italian Bilingual)
We are looking for a Learning Advisor/Customer Advisor (Italian) to join the Learning Consultant team based in Mauritius. Someone with strong oral and written communication skills, fluent in English and native or fluent in Italian, spoken and written. This position is one of the most strategic at goFLUENT: in direct contact with our learners, they help them to have the best possible experience while learning with us and raise precious feedback to our trainers and to our Product and Service teams.

Your missions will be:
- Become an expert and maintain a full understanding of our products and services. Explain it to our new learners who are starting a goFLUENT Training
- Offer the learner the best journey possible, by understanding the expectations and being efficient in giving the solutions to concerns the learner might face
- Reply to our learners requests on several communication channels (phone, email, chat...)
- Ensure a smooth and efficient communication with internal teams
- Be proactive in order to optimize our internal procedures, improve the quality of our responses and raise learners feedback
You'll love this job if you:
- Are outstanding at communicating, both orally and written in Italian
- Have a previous successful experience in customer support
- Are very empathic and able to solve complex conversations in order to give a smile to customers
- Are an organized, responsive, sincere and autonomous person
*Having an advanced or fluent level of Mandarin, spoken and written would be a big plus to also help with our Chinese learners.

Working hours:
- 11 am to 8 pm from April to October
- 12pm to 9 pm from November to March
