About the role:

We're looking for an experienced manager who can lead an international team as a part of our Trainer Operations department.

As a Trainer Manager you will play a key role in providing the necessary organization and communication required for a healthy and successful working environment and be responsible for ensuring the performance and productivity of your team.

What you'll do: 

• Lead an international team of around 50+ online trainers to deliver consistent high-quality lessons.
• Propose and follow up on performance improvements.
• Take the lead in team recruitment activities.
• Oversee HR matter for your team.
• Liaise with internal teams to provide solutions if issues arise.
• Actively contribute to the growth and development of the Operations department.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's or College degree
• Minimum of 3-5 years of managerial experience
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes
• Excellent time management skills
• Experience in teaching is a plus.
• Experience in working in multicultural environments is a plus.
