About the position

goFLUENT is looking for a Business Developer with strong cold calling skills and a sales mindset. Someone ready to take on this essential role as the first step in our sales process.

If you enjoy engaging with B2B clients through different channels and creating new business opportunities, send us your resume! You will be part of the Italian sales and marketing team, and share success stories with other business development team members around the world.

What you'll do

  • Act as the face of the company, being the first point of contact with potential clients.

  • Prospect potential leads that you will reach out to by phone, email or other channels, aiming to identify decision makers.

  • Nurture relationships with high potential leads.

  • Identify your prospects' pain points to offer the right solutions and help the sales team in closing meetings.

  • Build up and manage the database of prospect companies, updating contacts information in Salesforce.

What you'll need

  • Minimum 1 year experience in B2B sales and/or telesales.

  • Strong cold calling skills and good tolerance for a high volume of outbound calls.

  • Excellent communication skills, proactive, personable, hard-worker and easily adaptable.

  • Someone able to show resilience. Bad calls can happen, but we need someone able to bounce back.

  • Curious and passionate about picking up sales methodologies.

  • A good command of MS Office and Google tools. Experience using Salesforce is a plus.

  • Creativity, ability to think out of the box and being always ready to do customized outreach and make the difference in all outbound efforts.

  • Advanced level of English is a big plus.

  • Native or advanced level of German is mandatory.
