What You Will Do:

• Find New Customers: Identify and secure important clients by understanding their needs and creating tailored proposals.
• Solve Problems: Learn about potential clients' challenges and show them how goFLUENT's solutions can improve learning outcomes.
• Present Strong Cases: Create convincing business proposals that explain the value of our software solutions.
• Build Relationships: Develop strong, consultative relationships with industry leaders and decision-makers.
• Work with Teams: Collaborate with different teams to close deals and create growth opportunities.
• Represent goFLUENT: Attend events and exhibitions, traveling within your area to support sales efforts.

Who Were Looking For:

• Experienced Salesperson: At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in HR services, recruitment, finance, or professional services. Experience with SaaS and international sales is a plus.
• Bilingual: Fluent in Korean and able to communicate in English (intermediate to advanced level).
• Relationship Builder: Good at making connections with senior managers and executives.
• Strong Communicator: Excellent at writing, speaking, giving presentations, and negotiating.
• Team Player: Works well in a fast-paced environment, motivated to achieve results.
• Social Media User: Active on LinkedIn and other platforms to help grow business.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in training, e-learning, or HR solutions is a plus.
• Education: A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is a bonus.
