About the job Learning Advisor
At goFLUENT, you will have the opportunity to be exposed to a dynamic and international environment by welcoming and accommodating our customers (learners) via phone/email/social media, responding to their needs while assuring a continuous follow-up in their language training.
As a pedagogical and learning advisor, you will be facing a wide variety of learner profiles and you will guide them to improve or enhance the development of their language skills ensuring the best training journey with goFLUENT.
What you will do:
Take the lead and excel in handling all the incoming training requests sent by potential future learners
Create a trust relationship with all the learners assigned to you
Be the perfect advisor, showing empathy and providing the most suitable training answer or solution according to each learners specific needs.
Assist the learners who require assistance through efficient call, email, or whatsapp communications.
What you will need:
English native skills
Passion about Customer Service
Outstanding persuasive communication skills
Excellent problem solving skills with analytical and questioning mindset
High learning agility and ability to apply knowledge learned
Rigorous and organized with attention to detail
