goFLUENT is offering a unique opportunity for a B2B Senior Account Executive, Frontline Solutions, with experience selling college and/or career educational programs to senior HR and Tuition Reimbursement departments of Fortune 500 companies with large deskless, frontline and blue collar workforces.

The successful candidate has a track record of establishing new commercial relationships by bringing a consultative sales approach to name brand companies with large frontline populations in varied industries including retail, food services, manufacturing, logistics, construction and healthcare.

What You´ll Do

  • Report directly to our President and develop the USA market for frontline solutions by building your database, prospecting clients, identifying the decision makers, crafting value propositions, and leading your sales cycles.

  • Qualify and understand your prospects business-critical issues, challenge conventional approaches, and lead sales conversations to articulate the business impact goFLUENT brings to an organization.

  • Develop compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI for goFLUENT language solutions.

  • Build consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and decision-makers from your key client accounts.

  • Travel to customer sites within your territory to support your sales efforts.

What You'll Need

  • 5+ years field B2B sales experience at the enterprise level generating new business/new logos

  • Demonstrated track record of managing and closing complex sales cycles involving CHRO, HR, Education Benefits within Fortune 500 companies

  • Existing network of contacts and experience in the frontline training / reskilling /upskilling market

  • Proven success of consistently selling 6- and 7-figure contract values

  • History of success as a top performer that consistently meets and/or exceeds quota)

  • Team player, self-motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, growth-oriented, collaborative environment.

  • Consultative approach to selling with superb presentation skills

  • B.S. degree is preferred but demonstrated relevant experience and results are more highly valued

  • Some experience in a language other than English a definite plus

  • USA HQ is between Philadelphia and NYC, but role can be hybrid/remote provided you are within 1 hr of a major airport
