Responsibilities:
1. Oversee Sales Administrative Functions
Manage and enhance the daily operations of the sales administration team, ensuring seamless and efficient workflows to support organizational goals.
2. Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and build a motivated team of Sales Administration Associates (1:6 ratio), fostering professional growth and collaboration.
3. Process Optimization
Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement innovative strategies to streamline workflows and boost team productivity.
4. Cross-Department Collaboration
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on goals, processes, and overall execution.
5. Reporting and Analysis
Develop and deliver detailed reports based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and trend analysis, providing actionable insights to drive better business decisions.
6. Client Support Management
Oversee the resolution of client concerns related to sales administration, ensuring timely, professional, and effective responses to maintain high client satisfaction.
What we are looking for:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Experience in invoicing or accounts receivables is a plus!
- Experience in sales administration or a related role, showcasing a solid understanding of sales operations and processes is a plus!
- At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience, with a proven ability to manage and inspire teams to achieve their goals.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to juggle priorities and deliver results.
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate and convey ideas.
- A proactive mindset, with a knack for identifying challenges early and implementing creative, effective solutions.
