About the job

The main objective of the Senior Account Executive will be to nurture and grow our customers portfolio in China.We require a candidate who can be autonomous and diligent with integrity and a professional disposition. We will provide all the necessary training in order to work with and understand our products.

What You'll Do

  • Qualify and understand your prospects business-critical issues, challenge conventional learning approaches, and lead sales conversations to articulate the business impact goFLUENT brings to an organization.
  • Develop compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI for goFLUENT solutions.
  • Build consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and decision-makers from your key client accounts.
  • Work and collaborate with the internal teams to help close sales opportunities.
  • Based in Beijing, but be adaptable to frequent trips.

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 5 years B2B sales experience. Solution sales experience is top-priority.
  • Ability to call high and build strong relationships at all levels of prospect organizations, including senior managers and the C-suite.
  • Proven ability to prospect and manage a designated territory to maximize revenue growth.
  • Team player, self-motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Self-motivated, to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Professional English is a Must.
  • Relevant experience in the Training, e-Learning, HR solutions (SaaS) industry is definitely a plus.
