Job Summary:

As a Language Trainer Coach, your primary responsibility will be to support and mentor language trainers in their professional development and enhance their teaching effectiveness and assessment skills. You will collaborate closely with language trainers providing guidance, feedback, and resources to help them improve their instructional techniques, lesson planning skills, assessment skills, and overall language training skills. You will also facilitate and deliver engaging and interactive online training programs to language trainers. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and dynamic virtual learning environment, ensuring that participants receive high-quality training and support. Your expertise will contribute to the success of the learning solutions offered by the company.



Responsibilities:

1. Mentor and support language trainers: Provide individualized coaching and support to language trainers, fostering their growth and development as educators. Conduct regular coaching sessions to provide constructive feedback and opportunities for practice to hone trainers teaching and assessment skills

2. Facilitate online training sessions: Facilitate discussions, answer questions, and encourage active participation from trainers and assessors. Provide timely feedback and guidance to participants, fostering a supportive and collaborative learning environment. Administer quizzes and other evaluation methods to gauge the participants understanding and knowledge retention. Analyze evaluation data and provide recommendations for program improvement.

3. Collaborate in the development of training materials: Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and instructional designers to develop online training materials, including presentations, guides, and multimedia content, ensuring that they are effective, interactive and visually appealing.

4. Facilitate professional development opportunities: Identify professional development needs of language trainers and assessors, and coordinate relevant training sessions, workshops, or webinars. Stay informed about current trends, research, and best practices in language teaching and share relevant information with trainers and assessors.
