About the Role

We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Account Manager / Growth Expert to manage and optimize client campaigns across paid media, SEO, and analytics. You’ll serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, drive strategy, and own the performance outcomes. This role is ideal for someone experienced, self-directed, and comfortable building and improving systems end-to-end.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage client accounts directly and lead day-to-day performance

  • Execute Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns

  • Oversee full SEO strategy: on-page and off-page

  • Set up and monitor tracking and attribution (Google Analytics, Call Rail, CRMs)

  • Create performance reports and communicate key insights to clients

  • Identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities proactively

  • Use tools like SpyFu, Ahrefs, and Bright Local to inform decisions

  • Coordinate with creative freelancers (designers, developers, copywriters)

  • Record Loom videos or document SOPs for clients and internal team

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing

  • Proven ability to manage campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads

  • Strong understanding of attribution and ROI tracking

  • Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience

  • Ownership mindset ability to work independently and drive results

Nice-to-Haves

  • Content creation for social, email, or website (especially re purposing ad content for organic)

  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Active Campaign, Close, Go High Level, Zapier)

  • Advanced GA4 knowledge (custom reports, event tracking, data interpretation)

  • Conversion Rate Optimization (A/B testing tools like Unbounce, funnel audits)

  • Experience managing freelancers or creatives with clear briefs and feedback

  • Basic web/tech fluency (e.g., Webflow, WordPress, CRMs even if not hands-on builder)

Compensation

The base salary for this role ranges from $2,500-3000/month, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer monthly performance bonuses tied to the revenue you manage and retain, giving you direct upside for strong client results.
