We are looking for a Medical Virtual Assistant with exceptional English communication skills to support our client and the practices daily operations. This full-time role (40 hours/week) requires a highly organized individual who can independently manage administrative and medical receptionist tasks while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage refills for patient prescriptions.
  • Answer phone calls, schedule patients, and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Route calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Process intake forms including patient histories and other required documentation.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as uploading faxes, managing referrals, and updating records.

Skills and Qualities:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability.
  • Open to feedback and proactive in making improvements.
  • Reliable, reachable, and committed to high-quality service.

Technical Tools:

  • Familiarity with EMR System (preferably Tebra)
  • Familiarity with VOIP Platforms (preferably RingCentral. Transitioning to Weave by the end of the month)
