Job Summary:

The Cold Caller (Outbound Sales) plays a critical role in driving the growth of Golean healthcare outsourcing company by actively reaching out to prospective clients in the healthcare sector. This position involves making high volumes of outbound calls to generate interest in the company's services, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings with the sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to handle rejection while staying motivated.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation:

    • Conduct outbound cold calls to healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and other relevant healthcare institutions.
    • Research and identify potential clients using CRM tools, industry databases, and other resources.
  2. Pitching Services:

    • Clearly communicate the value proposition of the company's healthcare outsourcing services, including staffing solutions, administrative support, medical billing, and other offerings.
    • Tailor sales pitches to the specific needs of prospective clients based on initial research and call engagement.
  3. Qualifying Leads:

    • Assess the potential client's needs, budget, and readiness for outsourcing services.
    • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure the right fit with the company's service offerings.
  4. Appointment Setting:

    • Schedule meetings or calls between the qualified leads and the sales executives or account managers.
    • Maintain follow-up schedules to ensure prospects are nurtured until they are ready to make a decision.
  5. Maintaining CRM Data:

    • Keep accurate records of all interactions, including call outcomes, notes, and next steps in the companys CRM system.
    • Update lead status, track key metrics, and provide feedback on the quality of leads.
  6. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve the lead generation process.
    • Provide feedback on prospect responses, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  7. Performance Goals:

    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly outbound call quotas, lead generation targets, and other KPIs.
    • Continuously strive to improve the success rate of outbound calls and conversion of leads.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or cold calling, preferably in healthcare or a related industry.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage, persuade, and build rapport over the phone.
  • Sales Skills:
    • Ability to confidently present services and overcome objections.
  • Tech-Savvy:
