About the job Operations Lead
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure smooth operations across the company. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance protocols while improving efficiency in existing processes. Additionally, you will oversee staffing requirements, hire new employees as needed, and manage the accounts payable and receivable departments.
Responsibilities:
> Lead, motivate, and support a team in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment, ensuring career development plans and problem resolution strategies are in place for direct reports.
> Manage data collection and update key performance metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce costs, eliminate errors, and enhance customer service.
> Partner with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary tools and systems for better operational performance.
> Ensure smooth operations by overseeing accounts payable and receivable departments.
> Track and manage VA staffing requirements, ensuring the team is adequately staffed and hiring new employees when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
> Proven experience in an operations management role within a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) setting.
> Strong ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of operations and customer service.
> Experience in generating reports and working with spreadsheets to analyze and present data.
> Previous leadership or project management experience.
> Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
> Quality improvement experience is preferred.
> Highly preferred experience with Athena software.
