Team Leader | Australian Sales Account | Dayshift

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma,
  • Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor
  • Degree in any field.
  • Must be amenable to work on site, Ortigas Pasig
  • Experience handling Australian Energy or Telco Account
  • Experience managing Outbound Sales Team for utility or telco account.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing the day-to-day activities of the sales team
  • Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals
  • Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets
  • Prepare action plans and schedule to hit targets regularly
  • Delegating tasks to team members
  • Conducting coaching of team members to maximize their potential
  • Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance
  • Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
  • Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
  • Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
  • Conducting weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reviews
  • Dial and close sales on the same campaign to set proper example to team members
  • Assists management with hiring processes and new team member training
  • Maintain and promote a code of professional conduct
  • Work with management team to achieve goals
