Team Leader | Australian Sales Account | Dayshift

Requirements and qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma,
- Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor
- Degree in any field.
- Must be amenable to work on site, Ortigas Pasig
- Experience handling Australian Energy or Telco Account
- Experience managing Outbound Sales Team for utility or telco account.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the sales team
- Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals
- Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets
- Prepare action plans and schedule to hit targets regularly
- Delegating tasks to team members
- Conducting coaching of team members to maximize their potential
- Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance
- Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
- Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
- Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
- Conducting weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reviews
- Dial and close sales on the same campaign to set proper example to team members
- Assists management with hiring processes and new team member training
- Maintain and promote a code of professional conduct
- Work with management team to achieve goals
