Requirements and Qualifications:

• With at least 1 year of BPO experience
• With excellent communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate sales through outbound calls
• Present and promote client products and services to prospects
• Answer questions and provide additional information where required
• Up-sell and Cross-sell client product ranges to new clients
• Assist the customers with after-sales queries and raise it with the -concerned department without any delays
