WSH Officer

Role Overview

Responsible for overseeing workplace safety, health, and environmental compliance for MRT construction projects, ensuring adherence to regulatory and client safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce WSH policies, procedures, and safety regulations on site
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
• Ensure compliance with MOM, LTA, and project safety requirements
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, with proper reporting
• Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings
• Liaise with authorities, clients, and internal stakeholders on safety matters
• Maintain safety documentation and records

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of WSH experience in construction projects
• Experience in tunnelling / MRT / infrastructure projects preferred
• Familiar with LTA safety requirements
• Registered WSH Officer with MOM (or eligible)
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations and practices
• Good communication and coordination skills
