About the job Process & Compliance Engineer (1 year contract) | Pharma MNC | West
Jobscope:
- Provide process engineering expertise to advance process design, scale-up, troubleshooting, and efficiency enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize laboratory working directions, ensuring the alignment of chemical processes and plant configurations with scale-up objectives and safety standards.
- Additionally, support compliance activities within the pilot plant, ensuring adherence to Organization's Global Engineering Standards, Policies, and EHS Standards.
- Act as a technical expert for Engineering Standards, contributing to safety and compliance improvement projects and audits.
Requirements:
- Degree in Chemical / Process / Mechanical Engineering.
- 1-3 years experience in process engineering, pilot plant operations, or scale-up activities.
- Knowledge of process design, hazard assessments (e.g. PRA/HAZOP) and EHS standards.
- Experience in plant modification, equipment commissioning, and process troubleshooting.
- Strong skills in documentation (SOPs/WIs) and technology transfer to production plants.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and maintain compliance with engineering standards.
- Immediate starter is an advantage
