  • Partner with Head of End User Services to define EUS strategy, service roadmap, innovation initiatives, and digital workplace transformation aligned with regional and global standards.
  • Manage the full EUS planning lifecycle, including demand planning, budgeting, roadmap execution, portfolio governance, resource planning, and service capacity management.
  • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, translating business needs into effective EUC solutions that improve productivity and user experience.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of major EUS programs and projects, managing scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and engagement with global teams.
  • Mentor and develop EUS professionals while promoting collaboration, continuous improvement, critical thinking, and service excellence.
  • Build strong partnerships with regional and global business and IT leaders, including Head Office stakeholders, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategies and standards. 
  • Drive service improvement initiatives across user experience, collaboration, mobility, performance, security, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead modernization and transformation of end-user environments to support APAC business growth and evolving technology needs.
  • Ensure reliable EUS operations through effective risk management, compliance practices, governance alignment, and service performance improvement.
  • Define and track KPIs such as availability, user satisfaction, resolution times, cost optimization, and business value delivery. Provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and business functions on EUC architecture, standards, project delivery, change management, and adoption of new technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT Service Delivery, EUC, or End User Services, with strong exposure to multinational or regional IT operations and project leadership.
  • Proven experience managing teams and delivering regional IT services, ideally within financial or enterprise environments.
  • Strong expertise in EUC technologies including Microsoft 365, Windows endpoint management, Intune, endpoint security, zero-trust remote access solutions, and collaboration platforms such as Teams, Zoom, or WebEx.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CSM, MS-900, MD-101, or similar are advantageous.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills with proven ability to deliver complex IT transformations.
  • Ability to align technology services with business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes in productivity, efficiency, user satisfaction, security, and compliance.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, demonstrating agility, ownership, collaboration, and resilience.
