Job Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in internal systems.
  • Support documentation, filing, and general administrative tasks.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entered.
  • Handle simple customer enquiries via email and phone.
  • Provide basic information such as order status and general enquiries.
  • Escalate more complex issues to the Customer Service team.
  • Assist in processing quotations, orders, and basic documentation.
  • Support preparation and verification of routine documents.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Customer Service team.
  • Assist with coordination of simple tasks to ensure smooth workflow
