Supply Chain Associate

1. Supply Chain Operations & Procurement

Execute RFQ/RFx activities, including specification compilation, supplier quotation comparison, basic cost analysis, and accurate documentation management

Create and manage purchase orders, track order status, and process GRN in SAP.

Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, order confirmations, production status, delivery schedules, and export requirements to support timely and accurate supply fulfilment.

Administer supplier communications, expedite critical orders, monitor supplier performance, and resolve or escalate delivery, quality, compliance, or supply risks to the Supervisor or Manager.

2. Inventory Management

Maintain accurate inventory records through system updates and reconciliation of physical and system stock.

Assist in cycle counts and stock audits, highlighting discrepancies for investigation and corrective actions.

Support demand-supply alignment by flagging potential shortages, overstock situations, or slow-moving items to relevant teams.

3. Logistics & Order Fulfilment

Coordinate end-to-end shipment processes, including freight booking, supplier collections, consolidation, and transport mode selection for local, inbound, and export deliveries.

Track shipments, maintain accurate ETAs and shipment updates in SAP, and proactively communicate delays, risks, and status changes to the relevant stakeholders.

Liaise with the warehouse team and 3PL partners to prepare orders, manage returns, validate shipping documents, and resolve inbound handling or receiving issues.

Support export shipment processing by preparing and coordinating trade documentation, including commercial documents, customs paperwork, Certificate of Origin applications, chamber certifications where required, and export permit requirements where applicable.

Monitor shipment progress, follow up on collection and delivery status, and resolve routine shipping delays, discrepancies, or documentation issues in a timely manner.
