About the job Customer Service Assistant ($4000 | East | Contract)
Responsibility
- Order Processing: Process new and changed orders within service level agreements (SLAs) using Oracle Order Management.
- Error Management: Monitor and promptly correct Oracle alerts for errors related to order imports, pricing, or shipping.
- Customer Communication: Manage incoming emails and respond to customer questions about order status, changes, pricing, schedules, and tracking information.
- Database Management: Maintain customer master setups, item cross-references, and traffic profiles within the Oracle database.
- Order Monitoring: Proactively monitor order holds and communicate any issues to customers or internal account managers.
- Issue Investigation: Identify customer order data issues, conduct preliminary investigations, and escalate complex problems to management or IT.
- Tax Compliance: Apply VAT/Resale Tax requirements to ensure tax compliance for orders in various regions.
- Returns Management: Independently process Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and replacement requests according to standard operating procedures (SOPs), SLAs, and Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) requirements.
- Reporting & Analysis: Perform regular data reporting, analysis, and data cleanup.
- System Testing: Participate in routine and ad-hoc system-level testing for automation projects.
- Process Improvement: Actively contribute to ongoing process improvement and standardization efforts.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Logistic, Supply Chain or relevant field
- 2-3 years of working experience in Order management functions
- Experience in MNC environment and accommodate different time zone
