About the job A&P Executive
- Assist to assess market opportunities and conduct research to understand customer needs
- Enhance customers experience through mall-wide promotions and events to drive shoppers traffic and increase tenant sales
- Source for potential licensees to drive the malls Advertising & Promotion revenue through the booking of atrium spaces, road show spaces and ad spaces
- Conceptualise, plan, develop and implement campaigns on annual marketing calendar effectively on a timely manner.
- Support in developing, tracking and managing marketing budget
- Plan, execute and manage advertising, promotion and digital marketing strategies
- Build and maintain good relationship with tenants and garner their participation in the malls advertising & promotion activities
- Liaise and collaborate with partners, sponsors, advertising agencies, tenants, contractors and event companies to ensure successful launches of all projects and events
- Analyse, evaluate and report effectiveness of advertising & promotion activities, make recommendations to adjust marketing strategies
- Liaise with respective vendors to ensure timely publicity of stores listing, happenings & promotions on various platforms:
- website
- in mall directories
- social media management inclusive of content management, contest, feedback & comments.
- Undertake other administrative deliverables such as financial processes,
procurement, competitive quote sourcing and operational coordination, when
required. - Support in ad hoc designs for posters, decals, signages, and displays, when
required. - Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by
immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing / Mass Communications or relevant discipline
- Prior experience in retail mall marketing, events management, digital marketing and Social Media marketing will be an advantage
- Proficiency in Design software (eg. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc)
- Good knowledge in digital marketing, including social media platforms management, paid media buy and analytics
- Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a constantly evolving environment
- Self-motivated, highly resourceful, positive and proactive, and with these traits, thrive on challenges and time pressures in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
