About the job Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, NUHCS (Ops Planning)
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting exercise for the NUHCS cluster
Update and monitor CAPEX utilisation
Update costings of services to ensure cost recovery and prepare costing for new services
Prepare and monitor NUHCS workload and KPI across sites
Liaison to Finance regarding NUHCS financial matters
Any other matters relating to Operations Finance or any assigned Ops tasks
Key Requirements
Degree preferably in Business or equivalent
Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience
Strong acumen in budgeting and costing
Ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines
Good problem-solving skills, with attention to details and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
