Responsibilities:

  • Act as the last level of escalation for the team and lead technical problem resolution.
  • Own incident, problem, and change management processes for the team.
  • Lead DLP and Endpoint Security administration and troubleshooting (Symantec, Microsoft Defender).
  • Participate in projects: new builds, upgrades, migrations, end-of-life transitions.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct forensic investigations and manage high-severity incidents.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and automation for operational efficiency.
  • Maintain technical documentation and knowledge to ensure team competence.

Requirement:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • Certifications: CISSP preferred; Symantec Certified Expert (DLP) highly preferred.
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in IT Security, with expertise in Symantec DLP, Endpoint Protection, and data security solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, production operations, and risk-based security management.
  • Experience in enterprise-level endpoint and data security management, preferably in the financial sector.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and time-management skills.
