Sustainability Manager (TCFD reporting & SGX compliance)

The Sustainability Executive will drive the organization's climate-related disclosure and compliance agenda. You will be responsible for technical data management, regulatory reporting to the Singapore Exchange (SGX), and operationalizing decarbonization strategies across real estate portfolio.

Job Details

• Diploma or equivalent in International Policy or Sustainability
• 3 years experience in real estate or hospitality sector with focus on sustainability reporting
• Knowledge of TCFD reporting standards and SGX compliance rules
• Quantitative and qualitative impact assessment for climate-related risks and opportunities
• Data collection
• Resourceful and independent
• Possesses imitative and drive
• Meticulous and exercises high level of discretion when dealing with confidential information
• Team player with good hands on multi-tasking abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Work experience in Singapore and/or APEC market is essential
