About the job IT Infrastructure Specialist (Permanent)
Responsibilities:
- As part of the Operations and Maintenance team, to ensure the stable operation of customer internal systems and servers
- Coordinating with vendors for the renewal and management of hardware and software maintenance contracts
- Provide suggestions to the Team Head for enhancing operational efficiency and maintenance processes
- Collaborate with team members to serve as the liaison between the customers Head Office and Singapore Branch for operational tasks.
<KEY REQUIREMENTS>
- Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- Possess experience in building Windows server systems, including server deployment, application installation, and handover to the application team, along with proficiency in Windows Client Provisioning and Support
- Responsible for the operation and maintenance of VMware environments, including vCenter and ESXi
- Provide level 2 and level 3 support for the operation and maintenance of infrastructure tools (Backup, Monitoring, Anti-Virus, Job Management, etc.), with experience in system engineering across the Plan, Build, Run, and Optimize phases
- Skilled in scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python, with experience in application development using Power Apps and Power Automate (desirable)
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Forms, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Office) and experienced in network configuration (ACL, Firewall)
- Knowledgeable in IT Service Management, with hands-on experience in Cloud Services (Azure, AWS) and databases such as SQL Server.
