Operation Maintenance Engineer (HDD Manufacturing)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and identify any potential issues
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical problems or malfunctions in a timely manner
• Coordinate with other departments and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair work
• Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory levels
• Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve maintenance processes and procedures
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, especially for semiconductor environment.
• Hands-on technical knowledge and understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
• Experience with troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
• Possess a good interest for equipment & data analytics using Python / Minitab.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
