Responsibilities

  • Engage users to carry out feasibility studies for hospital rejuvenation projects.
  • Lead the design development of projects.
  • Procurement of consultancy and construction packages for the implementation of the projects.
  • Review and approve project schedules, method statements, material submission and Permit to work during construction stage.
  • Oversee and manage consultants and contractors in the delivery of their services in accordance with their contract terms.
  • Develop project governance policies and processes.
  • Develop technical standards for cluster infra projects.
  • Lead and execute Special Projects or tasks as directed by your reporting officer.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience managing healthcare facilities OR Diploma with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Candidates with relevant fire safety experiences and certificates are preferred.
  • Extensive experience in designing of healthcare facilities that involve extensive workflow and stringent environmental requirements is advantageous.
  • Knowledge in Building Regulations, Environmental Health Safety and Workplace Safety Health requirements pertaining to infrastructure facilities development.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD drafting. Knowledge in 3D Sketchup software is advantageous.
