Job Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the project including and not limited to knowledge management, use engagement, project management, budget monitoring, status reporting and acting as secretariat to the Steering Committee and Working Group Members.
  • Manage and coordinate requests from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support space planning, budgeting, and resourcing requirements from incoming and existing Tenants.
  • Organize logistics, coordinate with stakeholders and vendors, set up-out office infra and provide operational assistance.
  • Oversee the procurement of goods and services required for the site to operate seamlessly.
  • Oversee all space allocation requests and ensure optimal allocation of space to support the hospital growth and development for the long-term.
  • Analyze and present collated relevant information and statistics to guide decision making by senior leadership on space allocation and use.
  • Oversee day-to-day operational tasks, including, but not limited to managing facilities, coordination of logistics and support for site based on-site.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Minimally Degree in Healthcare, Healthcare Administration or Business Administration or related.
  • Good at situational analytics, ability to think out-of-the-box to formulate and execute plans, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient and competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Good interpersonal and written skills.
  • Good at planning and projection of needs.
  • Able to work and communicate with different levels of staff.
  • Efficient team leader, able to complete tasks on time, on target and on budget.
