Job Responsibilities

  • Provide operations support to the Singapore Customer Service team for warranty, billing, and payment matters.
  • Update warranty tagging for customers
  • Maintaining and updating product loan systems
  • Data clean-up in MS Excel
  • Collating reports and generate Power Point for management meeting purposes
  • Any other tasks assigned

Requirements

  • 1 year of working experience in admin functions
  • Experience in utilizing Microsoft Excel and familiar with handling data sets and Pivot Tables
  • Familiar with Power point
