Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Trainee Assistant Manager to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day operations, ensure high-quality food and beverage products, and respond efficiently to feedback and complaints. This role involves preparing employee schedules, generating sales through effective marketing strategies, and maintaining operational standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines.
  • Deliver high-quality food and beverage products consistently.
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer feedback and complaints.
  • Prepare employee schedules and ensure sufficient staffing for all shifts.
  • Generate sales and meet targets through proper execution of marketing strategies.
  • Hire, train, and retain team members.
  • Maintain standards and standard operating procedures for store operations.
  • Oversee inventories and stock-taking activities.
  • Regularly inspect equipment to ensure they are well-maintained and in good working order.
  • Comply with F&B safety and hygiene policies and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum NITEC or relevant certificate with 2 years of supervisory experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality industry.
  • Diligent team player passionate about F&B operations.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates with no experience will be considered for the trainee manager position.
