Primary Responsibilities and Duties
Operations & Business Management
1) Manage service point operations assigned at outpatient clinic including:
- Work with stakeholders to streamline billing, system, or process workflows.
- Daily operations of these service points, including front counter services, administrative / operational matters and partnering Clinic Manager to solve system and process problems.
- Achieve the targets for the clinical services assigned and be responsible for developing and carrying out business plans to ensure that goals are reached.
- Provide support for outpatient clinics, including responsible in procuring and management of logistics needs for business.
2) Plan, develop and execute data management strategy, reporting / dashboard automation to facilitate data-driven decision and meet departments strategic needs and requirements.
Business Management
- Responsible for achieving the volume and financial targets for the clinical services assigned and be responsible for developing and carrying out business plans in conjunction with the clinical heads of departments/divisions to ensure that goals are reached.
- Scope of business management includes annual financial budgeting and regular reviews with clinical heads of departments/divisions, and development of new businesses.
Secondary Responsibilities and Duties
- Disseminate and implement hospitals policies & procedures.
- Ensure Policy & Procedures are current.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor degree from a recognized institution
- Good analytical and organization skills
- Excellent communication, problem solving, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skill
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Positive, motivated and able to perform under pressure.
- Has initiative and able to work independently.
- Experience in healthcare is not compulsory, but preferred.
