Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Create detailed price quotes based on customer requests and technical specifications, then follow up to secure orders.
• entering customer purchase orders into our system, ensuring all details match and coordinating with internal teams like production and finance.
• track shipments from dispatch to arrival, providing customers with proactive updates and ensuring products reach them on time.
• handling inquiries, providing basic product info, and directing technical questions to the right experts.
• Maintain Records for sales, quotation, and order information updated in our CRM/ERP systems for accurate tracking and reporting.

Requirements

• GCE "O" level
• 2-3 years of working experience in sales functions
