Job Description:
- Handled front desk duties, including answering phone calls, sorting mail, and serving as the main point of contact for clients and vendors.
- Supported company events and office culture by coordinating staff birthday celebrations, festive activities, and team bonding events.
- Maintained office cleanliness and pantry upkeep, including ordering supplies, topping up water dispensers, serving guests, and ensuring a tidy reception area.
- Performed general administrative tasks such as data entry (primarily in Excel), photocopying, scanning, filing, archiving, and managing mail and inventory.
- Assisted with payroll processing, recruitment, procurement, payments, and other finance-related activities, as well as ordering uniforms and office supplies.
Requirement:
- Brings over 5 years of administrative experience, including payroll
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Holds O Level or equivalent qualification.
