IT Technician (Roaming, East)

Responsibilities:

• Execute deployment activities based on customer requests.

• Ensure adherence to the standard deployment procedures.

• Escalate complex technical issues promptly to the appropriate support tier.

• Accurately document actions and updates using the IT Service Management (ITSM) tool.

• Handle IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Decommission) requests for IT hardware and software.

• Provide timely updates and follow-ups to end users.

• Collaborate and coordinate with customers and internal/external support teams.

• Ensure service levels and resolution timelines are met according to SLA targets.

• Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service to maintain user satisfaction.

• Assist end users with necessary guidance on relevant IT tasks.

• Update and close open work orders with current status information.

• Perform administrative tasks as needed.

• Support other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
