Reporting to the Head of Product Management and Asia Pacific Regional Marketing, you will be responsible for:

Job Scope

  • Responsible for managing regional product data and will be the go-to person to assist with product launches within the region.
  • Manage the assigned product range, including working with Global Product Management
  • Team and suppliers in launching products tailored for the local market.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for global and local products, ensuring successful product introduction and market penetration.
  • Collaborate with sales and customers including using market intelligence to identify opportunity gaps and market specific product pricing.
  • Serve as a technical expert, providing detailed product information and training to the sales team and customers.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • Proven track record in launching new products, preferably within the automotive brake industry.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies in the automotive brakes sector.
  • Strong analytical thinking and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audience.
