About the job (Senior) Executive Assistant / Associate Executive, Obstetrics & Gynaecology (O&G)
Primary Responsibilities and Duties (80%)
2.1.1 Main contact point for course applicants and international visitors to CREST.
2.1.2 Key coordinator for courses and events including but not limited to logistics
planning and preparation, course payment collection, F&B arrangements and
gather course participants feedback.
2.1.3 Handle purchase and work requisition processes, from calling suppliers for
quotation to submitting invoices to Finance for payment.
2.1.4 Undertake administrative tasks such as prepare statistical reports, update budget
utilization and inventory databases.
2.1.5 Liaise with cross departments and vendors to ensure prompt maintenance of
equipment, consistent supply of consumables, and upkeep cleanliness of
CREST.
2.1.6 Support department operations and work closely with O&G clinics, clinicians and
embryologists.
2.1.7 Perform any other duties assigned by Reporting Officer
2.2 Secondary Responsibilities and Duties (20%)
2.2.1 Collect and despatch documents from/to areas within hospital premises.
2.2.2 Requisite, control and maintain good utilisation of office supplies within CREST
