Responsibilities

  • Carry out Production, Service, Repair, Installation, FAT, Field Construction, Plant Commissioning, Sea trials and Inspection of Customer Supplied Product.
  • Ability to maintain good project documentation and is familiar with ISO documentation requirements such as Job Safety Analysis, Work Method Statement and Permit to Work Application requirements and procedures.
  • Requisition Key equipment and materials.
  • Liaise with customer on the installation requirements such as hot work, welding, carpentry work and running of cabling.
  • Inform Managers of additional requirements from customer.
  • Ensure that jobs are carried out to meet acceptance criteria as per technical / installation manual.
  • Assist in preparing the design, drawing and documents for Customers technical requirements.
  • Assist in developing a complete field support process covering all products.
  • Identify and record quality problem related to product or service.
  • Carry out responsibility of equipment owner in the handling and usage of inspection, measuring and test equipment.

Requirements

  • ITE, Diploma, Degree preferably in Electronics / Communication / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering with 2-3 years of working experience.
  • Knowledge in Computers and Electronics, Telecommunication System.
  • Knowledge and experience in Marine Electronics, Offshore industry is an advantage.
  • Open to individuals with engineering experience from another field but wants to move into Marine or Naval engineering career switchers who wants to be trained.
