Job Title: Manufacturing Operator

Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Operators to join our team on a full-time basis. The Manufacturing Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency in the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assembly / Packing / Operate machine

- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Adhere to production schedules and meet production targets

- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth production flow

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred

- Familiarity with production equipment and tools

- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move heavy objects for extended periods

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Flexibility to work 12 hours shifts
