JOB SCOPE

  • Handle AP and AR.
  • Recording/posting monthly transactions.
  • Maintaining financial records and ensuring the general ledgers is correct.
  • Perform follow up on outstanding receivables and issue monthly statements of accounts.
  • Provide monthly reports to HQ Finance on arrears status.
  • Support the timely closing of monthly accounts by providing required information to HQ Finance for month end closing.
  • Assist in auditing.
  • Assist in annual budget preparation.
  • Assist in administrative support and supporting operational work alongside Finance responsibilities.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or ACCA equivalent
  • Dedicated and highly self-motivated with positive work attitude
  • Able to work under tight reporting timelines
  • Knowledge and working experience on SAP accounting system will be added advantage
  • Proficient in computer applications, such as Microsoft Excel and Word

Contract Duration: 1st July to 31 Dec

Working Days & Hours: Mon to Fri (Office Hours)

Working Location: Bukit Batok West Avenue 9

Monthly Salary: SGD$3500 to SGD$3800
