About the job Technology Development Engineer (TCAD Simulation)
Responsibilities:
- Research on novel device development, including performing detailed TCAD process & device simulations.
- Develop, document, and calibrate TCAD simulation deck for various technologies in collaboration with the project team.
- Perform TCAD DOE and provide device tuning deck.
- Design the device test key & layout study, and carry out the appropriate electrical measurement (bench test).
- Performing well-thought-out experiments for device tuning to optimize device performance while ensuring device reliability.
Requirements:
- Master's in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or other relevant field studies.
- Hands-on experience in TCAD simulation and its calibration methodology.
- Strong device physics knowledge base (BCD, CMOS, DMOS, PDK) and solid device analysis skills.
- Hands-on experience in layout work is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and performance driven.
