Job Description:

  • Lead trade compliance (STC), import/export regulations, and FTA determinations across the SEA region. Ensure all supply chain regulations, processes, and chemical compliance standards are up to date and followed to maintain zero incidents. Conduct training and audits to support regulatory adherence and corporate compliance.
  • Organize, maintain, and analyze supply chain data to generate actionable insights for continuous improvement. Develop customized reports and dashboards using BI tools to enhance data visibility and support informed decision-making.
  • Provide clear and impactful visualizations for management reports. Support leadership in performance tracking and KPI reviews through timely and accurate reporting.
  • Lead supply chain projects to ensure cost-effectiveness, operational quality, and compliance with business goals. Oversee project execution to ensure timely completion and alignment with objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on trend analysis and operational data. Collaborate with regional ESCs to implement corporate compliance training and facilitate STC/BCP audits, ensuring robust internal controls.

Requirement:

  • Experience in trade compliance, import/export, and supply chain operations across ASEAN and Pakistan, with 35 years in the high-tech industry.
  • Skilled in data analysis, project management, BI tools, MS Office, and ERP systems like SAP.
  • Holds a bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
