About the job Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

  • Acknowledge and process export and import orders promptly, ensuring timely and accurate billing and invoicing.
  • Ensure orders are handled in accordance with policies and procedures, with proper administrative follow-up and filing for audits.
  • Serve as the main contact for customers regarding import and export inquiries, assisting with documentation, tariffs, and shipping regulations.
  • Coordinate with service providers to ensure on-time delivery of goods, resolve customer issues quickly, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback, collaborate with sales and operations teams to improve service, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirement:

  • Diploma or degree in business, logistics, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in customer service, especially in import/export or logistics, with knowledge of trade regulations.

  • Up to $4000
  • Located near Tanjong Pagar
  • 1 Year Contract (Renewable)
