Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming mails, faxes, and correspondence, ensuring proper routing and filing.
  • Provide administrative support for the Korea Desk, including preparing KYC packages and handling CR approvals.
  • Maintain an efficient filing system and ensure confidential records are properly controlled.
  • Handle telephone calls, reception duties, and support other RMs as needed.
  • Act as an RMA custodian, setting up RMAs, maintaining the RMA database, and preparing KYC packages for RMA banks.
  • Monitor KYC database for violations, handle limit exception reports, and check circulars for compliance.
  • Backup for Department Assistant and support all RMs when necessary.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, expense claims, and training schedules for RMs.
  • Maintain records for CIB activities, including customer data and visits, and prepare monthly reports.
  • Arrange corporate searches, serve drinks for clients, and ensure proper filing and storage of old records.
  • Comply with internal policies and relevant regulations.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Banking and Finance or related discipline with 4 years of similar experience
  • Prior administrative experience in a Corporate or Institutional Banking is preferred
  • Basic knowledge in KYC support roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills ability to interact with clients and internal stakeholders
