About the job Temp HRSS
Responsibility:
- Provide support to the Manager and Team Lead in the review, development and
- implementation of policies, plans, processes and programmes.
- Work with Institution HR Business Partners and staff in providing value-adding HR services and support.
- Administer and execute HR functions and processes in relation to On/Offboarding.
- Support and improve on-site experience for new hires and leavers through On/Offboarding stages.
- Ensure the services are delivered in line with NUHS policies and comply to all relevant Legislation requirement.
- Deliver the HR activities that meet the service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) within NUHS HR Group Shared Services.
- Ensure HR systems are maintained accurately based on agreed procedures and team standards.
Requirements
- More than 2 years of working experience in HR fucntions
- No experience are welcome to apply
- Diploma in human resource or relevant field
