About the job Admin Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Customer & Sales:
- Answer questions and help potential students/parents.
- Solve customer problems and collect feedback.
- Communicate with parents and students.
- Administration:
- Manage student records, class schedules, and attendance.
- Collect fees and handle late payments.
- Reporting:
- Create monthly reports on student and class numbers.
- Update lead and sales numbers weekly.
- Facility & Supplies:
- Keep the center clean and safe, Maintain equipment and services.
- Ensure supplies are stocked.
- Other Ad-hoc functions
Requirements
- Minimum GCE "O" level
- 1-2 years of working experience in centre operation functions.
- Experience in tuition centre/Chilcare centre/co-curicular centre will be an added advantage
Working Hours
Tuesday to Friday: 3 pm to 9 pm
Saturday & Sunday: 10 am to 8 pm
Public holidays: 9 am to 1 pm (weekdays only, excluding Saturday and Sunday)
